- Please prepare two documents to apply for the Taiwan Card:
- the original copy of your passport
- the original copy of a second document, such as a Taiwan Visa, NHI Card, International Driver's License, Alien Residence Certificate (ARC), Exit & Entry Permit, Pass for Mainland Residents Traveling to Taiwan, Hong Kong (Macau) Special Administration Region Taiwan Pass.
- Buyer age limits and document validity:
- Aged 20 and over;
- document validity must be 3 months or longer;
- an international driver's license must be issued by Taiwan's competent authorities.

Notes
- Taiwan Card provides foreigner use only. Requirements for individuals~over 20 years of age with primary ID(passport) and secondary ID of validity certification documents. Foreigners from China ,H.K. or Macau can apply Taiwan Card at least 18 years of age with above requirements or the certification from China gov. approval. One mobile number is assign to a foreigner in Taiwan.
- The plan of the Taiwan Card include data and talk fees charged on a daily basis. Rates are subject to the specifications of each Airport Plan. Please refer to the introduction of Taiwan Card for details.
- Each Taiwan Card will be valid for 180 days after activation. Please note that balances will be invalid after card expiry. Card expiry will be extended for another 180 days after topping up successfully through official channels (with a top up receipt). Please also note that card expiry will not be extended when topping up a card with bonus value.
- No separation or accumulation of data service will be allowed after card activation. For example, after activating a 3-day data plan, you can only use the data services within 72 hours after activation.
- Each tariff in our website is applicable for 3G/4G SIM number.
- Taiwan Star reserves the right to change and terminate any Taiwan Card plans.
